How to fix "E: Conflict values: The list of sources could not be read" cause Webmin or other Application

 When you try to update and this problem suddenly appear !!!!

place you directory to
- cd /etc/apt/source.list.d
- write ls to check source list
- the remove the problem sourece file (rm -f filename)
